assert and assume were recently added to the psa.p4 include file. This change adds some description of them to the specification document as well. |

@mariobaldi Since assert and assume were already in the psa.p4 include file, hopefully this is non-controversial enough, to add descriptions of them in the specification document, that your review should be sufficient. |
