Add Events table and field IDs to Airtable config
Document Events table in schema.md with all fields

Fields Added

FAC Cohort	multipleRecordLinks	Links to Cohorts
Date Time	dateTime	Event start date and time
Event Type	singleSelect	Regular class, Workshop, Hackathon
