[codex] fix WebView menu macro and static layouts

Summary

• Tighten WebView menu macro controls so menu items cannot edit trigger fields or delete/disable rows.
• Merge the current config and config manager sidebar control, compact kill macro, and support infinite/custom loop counts.
• Adjust tool/help/reward/thanks layouts, sync mouse-info updates into WebView, rebuild dist, and update visual snapshots.
