This PR adds Tezos (XTZ) as a new entry under the "Layer-1 Blockchains" category:
Tezos is a widely-used Layer-1 blockchain with support for smart contracts, formal verification, and on-chain governance. This addition helps complete the list of major Layer-1 platforms in the repository.
