Update all the dependencies npm was complaining about, including upgrading to Parcel 2. Cleaned up package.json and package-lock.json files somewhat.

Took me more time to revisit this than expected, but I think it's almost good-to-go. The main issue that hasn't yet been resolved is that hot reloads aren't happening. I'll probably get to it sooner than later, since I do want to merge this in. But if you have some time to look into and fix this yourself, it'd be appreciated. |
