Summary

Upgrade rsbuild-plugin-unplugin-vue to 0.2.0 across the Vue examples, integration fixture, and create-rslib Vue templates.

This also re-enables the Vue examples in pnpm run build:examples and updates the Vue integration snapshots to match the current output.
