GARD is not running

I'm having trouble with GARD analysis. It crashes every time. Please can you help? Logfile attached.

We investigated and confirmed GARD is working correctly as other analyses are completing successfully today.

This error indicates numerical instability specific to your alignment, typically caused by sequences with high levels of missing data (>30-40% gaps).

We recommend cleaning your alignment by removing sequences with excessive gaps or using trimming tools before resubmitting.

The TOLERATE_NUMERICAL_ERRORS flag is already applied automatically but some alignments exceed the tolerance threshold.
