Inquiry about Hyphy Vision

Hello,

I tried to run my .json files from MEME-multihit result on the hyphy vision. Somehow it showed different result from the initial MEME web page result. In this case, does MEME-multihit .json result not compatible for the hyphy vision current version? Because it gave totally different interpretation.
