Adds a proper shutdown path for
appmenu-registrarby first invoking its DBus org.freedesktop.Application.Quit method and only killing the process if the remote quit call fails (usr/lib/mate-hud/mate-hud:208). This avoids blunt kill calls when the registrar is still responsive, especially in Chromium and Electron apps.
