Due to the sunsetting of OSSRH, okbuck currently cannot publish the built artifacts. The upgrade to the
gradleMavenPublishplugin will require going from gradle 6 to gradle 8, which will be a challenging upgrade.In this commit, we add the
gradleNexusPublishplugin to the repo, which can successfully upload the artifacts created by the gradleMaven plugin to Maven CentralRelated issue(s):
