A user script for styling the Stack Exchange Network top-bar.
This script:
- Darkens the top-bar background
- Removes the excess height and padding from top-bar
- Removes the bottom border shadow
- Hides the Tags and Jobs tabs
- Hides the suggested edits review queue count
- Adds an icon link to easily toggle between the Meta and Main sites
