Realtime Indonesian License Plate Character Recognition

Better to use before PointCheck. Load image from .set list file. Show lower part of it in the picturebox. Draw 5 keypoints on an Image. Save images and log files. Save key points locations in image file names.

Better to use after LicensePlate+.Reading image from .set list file. Recognizing 5 points from the x-y location in the image files' name and show it in the picturebox. Functions to modify the points locations and save again. Very useful for checking keypoints in images.
