DSG Gate Demo Next.js

Minimal demo app for DSG Secure Deploy Gate v1.1.0.

This repo demonstrates:

• /api/readiness returns HTTP 200 with JSON ok:true
• /api/private-audit returns HTTP 401 without auth
• GitHub Actions runs tdealer01-crypto/dsg-secure-deploy-gate-action@v1.1.0
• strict mode produces GO
• PR comments show evidence hash, proof hash, and chain hash
• dsg-evidence.json is uploaded as a workflow artifact
