This setup VPS docs for the omnisite. I've added them under
vpsbut if we want we can change to the fullvite-plugin-svelte.The changes to the actual docs are not yet merged on main, I had to make some change to sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte#1300 that I pushed there that are currently already synced. We should probably only merge this after we merge sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte#1300
