Enables running GPU regression tests without creating an OS window or display surface. Tests in non-interactive mode automatically use headless rendering with a HeadlessGraphicsPresenter (offscreen render target) instead of a SwapChainGraphicsPresenter. This enables GPU testing on headless Linux CI and removes the window creation overhead on all platforms.
