HTTP/2 is not supported. Maybe it is turned off in CloudFront or there is problem with ALPN extension, do not know yet. Brower is forced to use HTTP/1.1 and that slows down everything loaded from strapi.io domain (16 js chunk files, 2 css etc.)

I do not have access to cloudfont..

Homepage hero videos re-encoded: silent audio tracks removed, frame rate reduced from 50/60 fps to 24 fps (too high for a UI demo), and resolution scaled to 1280px wide (2K is unnecessary for a container whose max width is 1280px). New files use an _optimized suffix, no audio, CRF 23, veryslow preset, and +faststart.

They could be smaller still, but I didn’t want to push the compression further. The original files are still in Strapi admin.
