Added Branch support

This is my contribution in response to my previous issue here
In this case, to clone and build a specific branch, you would use:

./deploy.sh -r=release -p=utils -p=kernel -p=cpu -p=memoria -p=io -b="dev" "tp-XXXX-XX-X"
