Intended to address #986 by removing the
savefunction and just usingcalc_and_saveinstead. Some steps (NoiseandJumps) pass names through thesave_cfgsso these have been moved intocalc_cfgs. This will break backwards compatibility.To test, I preprocessed one
obs_id, wafer, and band with this branch and themasterbranch and recursively compared the outputs after loading.
