Adds support for configuring the symbol picker with a list of suggested symbols that can be shown before the full symbol list.
When suggested symbols are provided, the picker defaults to a Suggested category using the sparkles symbol. When no suggested symbols are provided, the picker keeps the existing behavior and defaults to All. The examples and README have been updated to show optional hard-coded suggested symbols.
