Feature Request: Add Script to Generate IGV Browser Screenshots

Develop a script that generates screenshots of the alignment of the variants in the IGV browser. This will aid in the visual validation of the filtering results.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create a script to generate IGV screenshots for specified variants.
• Ensure the script is configurable for different IGV settings.
• Update the README with instructions on how to use the new script.

The script should be able to take multiple BAM files including Tumor, Normal, and Controls.
