Setup Nix Action

GitHub Action to install Nix and cache the Nix store.

Usage

- uses: scaffoldly/setup-nix@main

Features

• Installs Nix on the GitHub Actions runner
• Caches and restores the Nix store between runs
• Configures flakes and nix-command by default
