Database diagram

The schema diagram is regenerated by pasting the current db/schema.rb into dbdiagram.io. Earlier exported PNG/SVG snapshots lived under doc/wiki-images/ in the app repo, but they go stale as soon as the next migration lands — regenerate on demand rather than relying on a checked-in snapshot.

The original .kra source files (used to manually restyle the dbdiagram.io output) live in the app repo's doc/ folder and can be edited with krita.
