Yes, the signal range when the aircraft is on ground is not that great and you pretty much need line of sight. Maybe a building next to the runway? |

Adds support for surface position calculation using a single surface position message, whether even or odd. It uses a reference point which should be within 45 nautical miles of the aircraft position.
