Improve user manual as per description in #595.
Also adds a troubleshooting hint regarding trice messages not ending with
\nthat just won't show up unless you use-addNL.Note on PDF:
I did not update the TriceUserManual.pdf as I am not sure what app to use for that.
You might want to update it as an edit to my pull request.
