@tonyewong this PR (1) updates the segment-region mapping and (2) augments all files as necessary to include new countries. I added a few reference files from
MimiCIAMthat are required to run the R Scripts as well. This will makeCIAM_uncertainty_propagationwork with the latest version ofMimiCIAM.I note that in this paper repo your
MimiCIAMisdevvedso I didn't change the Manifest toml ... but you'll want to update your local MimiCIAM for these to play well together.
