Summary

  • Switch arviz-darkgrid to arviz-variat and apply any other deprecations surfaced during a fresh end-to-end run on arviz 1.1.0 / pymc dev / pytensor 3. Part of Updates examples for new major releases of pymc/pytensor/arviz #862.
  • Replace removed az.plot_hdi with az.hdi(..., prob=...) + ax.fill_between (loop over the two probability levels).

Do we still get this if running with the released version of PyMC 6?
