I've prepared the retirement of en/OCR-and-machine-translation. There are no published translations, so this is the only lesson that needs to be retired.

Hi @hawc2, thank you for your message in Issue #3362. I've prepared the lesson for retirement:

• move lesson to retired folder
• add fields retired: true, redirect from: and retirement-reason
• indicate the lesson as retired on our ph-evergreens spreadsheets
