Added a save type entry for _A Link to the Past & Four Swords_ to the `gba.csv` file that's used for gbaDb.

Added save type entries (in
gba.csv) for the following games:I have tested and confirmed these.
There is a database of GBA save types here. It's what I used to find the correct save type.
