Adds a Power Automate prompt that converts flagged Outlook emails into Planner tasks: subject as title, sender + date + first 500 chars of body as notes, due date set to 2 business days after receipt, assigned to the mailbox owner, with a Teams confirmation containing a direct Planner task link.

Scenario

Individuals who already flag emails they need to act on. No new user behavior required — the flag becomes an automatic action queue entry in Planner.
