Implement permit/zoning info for the Buy page

I can pull in permit info, zoning info, etc. from ZIMAS for each listing for the Buy page. Might be handy to see what permitted work has been done, among other things (fire zone? tsunami zone? assessor value?) that ZIMAS provides.

The addition of more info in the popup necessitates #245 being completed first, since the popup can't be too big on mobile devices. I'm thinking a collapsible menu would be great.

Still thinking about how to do this. It has been a pain in the ass trying to reverse engineer the API calls.
