I needed to be able to set displayPriority and collisionMode of the
MKAnnotationViewthat gets built from theViewMapAnnotation.This PR exposes these values as properties of
ViewMapAnnotation, andMKMapAnnotationViewsets them on the view during thesetupprocess.
