[Bug] 4 cost pokemon in Dark Deal Mistery Encounter

Describe the bug

I got a Gimmighoul from the Dark Deal encounter.

Reproduction

Idk which pokemon was taken anymore. It was during an inverse type challenge.

Expected behavior

The wiki sais that it can be a 5 cost pokemon if no suitable one is found but i don't think it should be able to become a 4 cost one.

The ME will keep expanding the tiers until it finds a match, it doesn't limit itself to 5+. The wiki is, while not technically wrong, a bit misleading.
