ADR: Add Support for Custom Catalog MFE in Tutor MFE Plugin
This PR integrates a new Catalog MFE into the
tutor-mfeplugin.Key changes:
catalogto the list of available MFEs inplugin.py.FEATURES['ENABLE_CATALOG_MICROFRONTEND']if the catalog MFE is active.CATALOG_MICROFRONTEND_URLfor both development and production environments.This enables local and production deployments to use a custom Catalog MFE instead of the legacy catalog experience.
