Current behaviour
User is told there is 'until further notice' and 'unavailable' access values in legend, but isn't shown them in editor.
(Note, the user should preferably set a note, access:description or description tag citing proper reason with access=no.)
The same goes for "opening hours", "operator", "description".
Expected behaviour
User is allowed to set these values, or told to use a different editor to do so.
