This reverts commit d75d0c4. Temporarily revert the Python update-dependencies workflow because the required GitHub App is not yet installed for the opensafely organization and its credentials are unavailable. This restores Dependabot Python version updates while the app is being configured. We can reintroduce the workflow once the required app ID and key are available.

Temporarily revert the Python update-dependencies workflow because the required GitHub App is not yet installed for the opensafely organisation and its credentials are unavailable.
This restores Dependabot Python version updates while the app is being configured. We can reintroduce the workflow once the required app ID and key are available.
There isn't an app for the
opensafelyorganisation, and Peter plans to create a separate app per organisation. He will create one next week, so reverting this commit for now as the workflow is otherwise failing and doing this also restores dependabot Python updates.Related issue #2018
