Problem
For a new contributor, it's a bit difficult to develop locally the frontend part easily.
Proposal
The general solution for this seems to me to document commands that help for local development.
We start here with the storybook.
I chose to put it in the makefile but another place could be a new
Local developmentsection in the Readme.md file. Let me know what you think !
