- Add generic key/value config engine for NG stack - Implement core `Config` engine with typed tokens, IPC serialization, and signals. - Define zypp domain keys and add cross-key path validation. - Move `DownloadMode` and `ResolverFocus` enums to fix dependency layering. - Introduce `zyppng:contextconfig` module partition and wire into `Context`. - Add comprehensive unit and compatibility tests.
