adds support for merging customers #7728
Please review - not sure if this is exactly how you guys would go about implementing it, but I tried to stick with standard nop design.
Not sure what other attributes might apply to a merge?
We could use the standard customer search that is used on the customer list page if you prefer that. i used a condensed version to simplify searching.
