add "enable continous messaging" add a feature (which can be set via the configuration file) wheter messages (with photos) should be updated or sent continuous (e.g. always send a new message). If enabled, "last updated" is not being appended to the message.
add functionality to set the printer name via own setting in config file. Just add under [telegram_ui] the option "printer_name: YourPrinterName" and it shows your custom printer name at startup. Default value, if not set, is "Printer" so the default behaviour stays the same.

Name is quite confusing. I think it makes sense to have this option but I'd call it something like |

I initially created a feature request #299, but as i surfed the file I found out that the changes are straight forward to do. See the following description:
