Summary

rename the RocheDB package entry to KoutenDB using the packages.json alias format
rename rochedb_nif to koutendb_nif using the same alias format
update repository, web, doc, tags, and descriptions for the new KoutenDB repositories

Verification

jq empty packages.json
nim c -d:ssl -r -d:release --nimcache:/tmp/nimcache_packages_scanner package_scanner.nim packages.json
package scanner reported: Problematic packages count: 0
