Added Bugmail SDK setup
Configured with NEXT_PUBLIC_BUGMAIL_API_KEY and NEXT_PUBLIC_BUGMAIL_PROJECT_ID environment variable
Updated README with setup instructions and link to the docs
Completely optional , so if bugmail API keys arent set it skips.
