Documentation

• Update build instructions in README.md
• Edited README.md for conciseness

Linting

• Ran cargo fmt --all to format code
• Ran cargo clippy --fix to correct code based on style guidelines

Other changes

• Enabled pushing latest tag for Docker Images
• Renamed Dockerfile.build -> Dockerfile.builder to avoid confusion with Visual Studio .build extension
• Added openssl with "vendored" feature to enable building of openssl from source and static linking of openssl
