These are deprecated solution receivers. Lets wait for A2Q or replace with latest configs from docs.

This PR introduces a dedicated OpenTelemetry testing workflow and complete Kafka integration test setup, enabling automated testing of OpenTelemetry instrumentation for Apache Kafka using the deployer platform.
