which cypher 25 release does this apply to?

All of the cypher 25 releases. Call in concurrent transactions was introduced in 5.21 and never adapted for composite. |

Also applies for 5.x (CIT for composite was introduced for 5.18. I'm not sure when CALL {...} IN CONCURRENT TRANSACTIONS was introduced.
