Tutorial for immersed boundary methods (not coupled in Cardinal yet, just with NekRS). I need help from @AyaHegazy22 to figure out the actual software dependencies since the code evolved many times - can you please help to review the
doc/content/tutorials/ibm.mdfile and reproduce these steps on Pinchot to finish out the instructions?I can run the delete-interior-elements step, but cannot run the cube case successfully due to issues with Boost/CGAL.
