Convert the pre-direct experiment code to use dynamic CSS/HTML instead

Changes

• Remove: SVG images
• Update: the SVG image component is now a new HTML/CSS component
• Update: Renames the old WellsFargoInstructions component to a more generic name PredirectInstructions.
• Add: Test for the OAuthDefault page for when it renders the new PredirectInstructions view
