As part of MCP joining the Linux Foundation, this PR updates licensing to Apache 2.0 for new contributions while grandfathering existing MIT code. See modelcontextprotocol/modelcontextprotocol#1994

@jba we'll need to make sure the new LICENSE(s) are correctly identified by pkgsite.

"Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
submitted to the Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright

This "the" doesn't seem to be in the original license text (https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt) and it causes the automatic Go license detection to fail.
