docs: add community-examples page

Summary

• Adds docs/community-examples.md — a linked index of community-maintained example apps, hosts, and framework templates, per the examples policy merged in Add examples policy to CONTRIBUTING.md #550.
• Seeded with 8 entries from open/closed example PRs (New example MCP App: DICOM Viewer #405, Examples: D3 graph and Recharts chart  #214, Add Stitch Design server example #468, feat(examples): add Java WebFlux MCP server example #439, add example without libs #519, example dotnet angular host #610, feat: Add basic-server-angular example #453) so we can point authors here when declining in-tree maintenance.
• Wired into typedoc.config.mjs projectDocuments so it appears on the docs site.

Authors are encouraged to swap PR links for standalone-repo links once published.

Test plan

• npm exec typedoc -- --treatValidationWarningsAsErrors --emit none passes
• Docs site preview renders the new page under Documents
