847 Show release track tier entry details on object cards

Adds support for the new release track tier entry display fields on object cards.

• Object cards now use the API-provided name, attack_id, and description when available.
• Descriptions render as markdown, matching the existing descriptive property behavior.
• Avatars now use modified_by_user display info instead of falling back to identity IDs.
