What are the relevant tickets?

Description (What does it do?)

This PR adds some more enhancements like:

  • Increases timeout for task to be able to translate bigger SRTs, and with smaller batches for Mistral.
  • Moves the SRT prompt to specific LLM classes to be able to customize the prompt per provider.
  • Supports on EN as source language
  • Stricter target languages with a new setting.
  • Adds utils for lang code conversion between BCP47 and Django.

How can this be tested?

  • Set up the plugin and test course translations.
